Knight's Shield v War Shield

Both shields are L3; the Knight's Shield gives +4 parry and +16% auto-block and the War Shield gives +4 parry and +14% auto-block.

Is this correct or is the War Shield missing something? Otherwise, why would anyone use a War Shield when the Knight's Shield is the same gear level and parry and has better auto-block?

War Shield now gives +6% Autoblock, +6% Counter-attack, and +6% Deflection
