I've honestly never paid much attention before, but I'm pretty sure that something is off with the calculation of xenos killed (25) and turns (10) equalling 1.0 per turn. The only explanation I can offer is that this is the siege of Tundeer and there are a bunch of xenos that get killed when the doors close so maybe that is messing up the calculation. i.e. they are counting as getting killed but not being added to my teams kill count. Still if felt like I killed more than one xeno a turn. Oh and I'm pretty sure this a new turn record for the level. Under half the goal!

contributor - the xeno killed by the doors are not counted, that is true. Otherwise, it is likely some quickly played earlier or late turns that have 0 kills that might bring your average down. Yes, we fuzz the math to be more fair to the player (1.0 instead of 0.9something and no bonus)

But this is clearly not working out in my favor. 25 kills in 10 turns is 2.5 kills per turn.

Ahhhh ... this is why it helps to be really clear about the bug reports Hehehe, of course you were when I reread it, but I got mislead by the title. I didn't see the actual bug at all. I have added this to our list. This is an example of where you should speed less and go for a few secondary objectives to get the best rewards.
