I'm not sure if this a bug or an unfinished part but I can't seem to meet the los valentinos boss in the fenns. I have some probably 30-40 rep with them.(this was enough for other clans like yakuza)

I'm not sure I follow this question. Which building in the Fenns?

I believe he is speaking of the Los Val Connector room. The map tile I believe he means is the absolute bottom left corner tile, either that or the Los Val Tile to its immediate right.
Come to think of it, I don't believe I have ever spoken to the Los V boss either. I believe he is speaking of the Los Val Connector room. The map tile I believe he means is the absolute bottom left corner tile, either that or the Los Val Tile to its immediate right.

The building is called Los Valentinos and it has the sign of some one potentially important.

Well, I do understand his question. For few days I have been gathering REP for Los Val. Now, it's at the level of 103 (!). I just thought, that I'm gonna get a bonus of some sort for gaining so much rep. Like lower prices at Los Val territory or something else. At The Fenns, there is a building called "Los Valentinos" (at the very center of Fenns), where some thug tells me to respect ... but I have 103 rep and the title of Senior Vice Lord!
My question is: what the hell the rep is for?? Because, I was really surprised, when it turned out that I have about 30rep and I can still be attacked by Los Val, while walking their territory.

james123I also thought it is. But 2 days ago, I had a situation, when my rep was 45 and heat was about 50%. I just couldn't get rid of this heat. It was an outrage, because I tried to get out of Los Val territory, but they were attacking me like mad and I just kept running (I didn't want to kill them to avoid loosing more rep). Finally I got away and after a stay in a hostel (outside Val territory), heat dropped to 0. It was strange, cuz staying at hostels at Los Val didn't help at all.

A couple of things:
#1 - Encounters BETA does not respond to rep like the v1 version will. Therefore, when your Heat and Rep are not going the same direction (aka, positive / negative overall) then you will have "bad encounters." That is the side effect of BETA.
#2 - Staying in the same hotels, or in hotels while you are being Followed by a team of Faction members will not reduce your Heat. You must loose the tail, leave the area, pay the prince or kill the followers. Moving between territories and never staying in the same place or zone twice in a row are good ways to reduce your heat.

The building in the Fenns is now called "Empty Auto Warhouse" and the Los V have moved to another location.
In that location you can pay the Prince to remove a Follower, purchase a Pardon and in upcoming release exchange Rep for Goods / Jobs / Services / BodyGuards / Recruits.
Remember, game is a beta and was coded by 2 people and released way way earlier than most people would release a game. =)

@cory Trese Thanx for your feedback I do appreciate your work (I mean both of You)... and admire your patience Anyway, I just read the update post of the newest version and after reading part about LV Boss, I realised, that I just need an upgrade. CK is the only one game I'm playing right now, and like You, Cory, I don't like, when game just *ends*... I'm so excited to see that Rep exchange part in action. Keep it up guys!

I can not, for the life of my cyber knight, find this boss. I feel as though I have checked every building controlled by los v in every zone and nota. I have the elite version and a rep with los v of 400+ to boot, and still at a dead end. Frustrated is an understatement. I swear by the matrix, if this keeps up I'm gonna geek myself! (via a stemmer overdose, preferably) ;p I appreciate any kind of help as well this righteous game and development team! Cyber knight 4 LIFE!!

Commonwealth, big building that isn't on the map.
it has a fence in front of it and the "V" sign on the right side of the building.
if you have 400+ rep it won't have any options aside from the dialog about who runs what zones

bernard - however, the next release will make the location much easier to find and include some options for faction loyalists.
