Getting a little quiet in here. I would like to get another consensus hammered out by this Saturday. That aside her is the colonization report I forgot to send to you all. I ask for the faction representatives forgiveness in this matter.
Krakun's Tower (Formerly Sayek Gamma) : Quality 23 / Minerals 11 New Haven (Javat) Quality 13 / Minerals 25 Olggavan Hold (Mok) Quality 11 / Minerals 13

The delegation from House Thulun finds this colonization report to be most adequate. As to your lateness, it is permissible so long as we are given our next points of deliberation as quickly as possible.
Javat and Mokklumune have our condolences for their less than favorable colonization results. Hopefully your next attempt grants you with the same luck we were blessed with.

25 minerals is nothing to be upset about. Once the right mining tech is reach, pulling out maximum profits even on a low quality world is easy for us. I believe at the moment the quicker we can colonize the core area we are in, the better our chances of defeating any xeno incursions. Give us mines and we will give you the raw materials needed for ships, weapons, and just about anything else you can dream up.

We are shaping up to be quite the force to be reckoned with, dear colleague. To our illustrious leader, CdrPlatypus: If there was any way we could get a breakdown of our political, economic, and faction screens, it would be greatly appreciated.

Olggavan Hold (Mok) Quality 11 / Minerals 13 Your Excellency, the Exalted Clan Moklumnue understands your tardiness fully. It cannot be easy running the entire empire. As to the above, our Exatled resistor has requested that Olggavan Hold be named Fortune's Dawn. It shall be the seat of his power, and as such he has been given naming rights. Additionally, honorable En1gma, do not pity us our system. We of the Exalted Clan Moklumnue do not require high quality, high mineral planets to be productive. A simple exchange and orbital tradeways are all that we need. Minerals and excess quality tend to cloud priorities!

No pity is in order, johndramey. Thulun is fully aware of Mokklumnue's unique ability to turn immense profits from the slightest of systems. I only hope the influx of refugees is kind to you, and that the captains of the incoming population vessels distribute themselves evenly. I bid you adieu, good sirs and madams of the Assembly. Should anyone wish to join me in the Thulun Academy's private lounge, I will be waiting with spice and vudka of the highest caliber, so that we may celebrate our newfound colonies, and our continued safety and isolation from the Xeno menace.

<Rushes into hall, suit is rumpled, no retainers> So sorry to be late for the meet.... <The empty halls resounds with the sound of crickets> <Wanders over to terminal and opens screen> Hmmm... looking over the minutes from the last several meetings, things seem well in hand. I should probably head to to Moklumnue, but the Vudka and spice seem to be flowing in Thulun... hmmm... /OOC, Ee gads, I went to edit this post and ended up liking it by mistake, how embarrassing.

So what we need consensus wise to progress for the next cycle is an agreed upon research path for 5-10 techs and do we continue our rapid colonization of sector prime? We had a couple proposals floated, but not a unified one submitted to Templar Command. Also En1gma I will get some screen shots of hard data for you guys up tomorrow.

/enters hall slowly, clothes even more rumpled than before, dark circles under eyes.
I just cannot stay up late negotiating trade agreements like I used to when I was young--spiced coffee please.
Thank you Templar Gundamgoth for the empire summary.
As we all know, Thulun has an advantage regarding quality which I'm sure will be addressed in future efforts. Otherwise, our empire seems to be maintaining good balance between the factions regarding espionage and research. I'm sure any advantage Moklumnue has in Trade is inconsequential.
Oh, and I assure you we have nothing to do with the difficulties in gathering the statistics on Trade. /a repressed, barely discernible smile steals briefly across the lips of the delegate from Mok.

krakun johndramey I looked at the design document. That is a Lvl 3 fighter, we would need to advance our starship construction to starship construction 5, fighters 3, and reactors 1 to reproduce that glorious ship. Depending on where research is voted to go and how the xenos decide to play we may have to settle for something less ambitious for the time being.

To inform the other factions:
There is a motion on the Thulun Chambers that would make one small request- that the Alliance prioritizes Starship Construction. This being said, and so long as it is agreeable with all, should the motion pass, Thulun would ask that Carriers and Fighters (if they haven't already...) be fully researched over the course of the next 15 or so techs to be discovered. - Should this condition be met, Thulun is willing (so long as the motion passes) to allow the other factions to dictate the entirety of the research path, with no question from Thulun. - Carriers would not NEED to be completed before anything else, but their tech must be unlocked at a steady pace. The Xeno have been met, and this should not be taken lightly.
Thulun will come to you when our deliberations have concluded, but I wanted to inform the other members of the Council that such an important motion was on our table.
