Could you please clarify, what you mean? So far it is nothing but annoyance. I don't see it as an annoyance. It sucks to forget to glom and run off with one character To glom or not to glom, that is the question.

And our numbers show that the majority of players on Easy and Normal. They write the majority of reviews on Steam and Google Play, and therefore we should do as much as possible to make their lives easier.
I can see the argument for NM players, I'm in that group and know exactly what you're talking about.
However, NM players make up 1.62% of the games played in Heroes. Building the UI pattern to the advantage of 1.62% is commercial suicide.

Expert NM players, who don't want to die from stupidity and newbie or casual easy/normal players who will leave better reviews if they don't get frustrated. It does little for an experienced player playing on a lower difficulty (for story, for example) as it is kinda hard to die...

That eyepopping flash has nothing to do with indication of a current mode. It is just a flash, it has no lasting effect. When your group is off screen, you don't even see it. That's why I suggested to change destination mark to a circle, when you are moving single character. It will always provide persistent and consistent indication WHERE YOU NEED IT, WHEN YOU NEED IT, right at the fingertips. And it will not distract you with unnecessary flashes.

Thanks for the feedback. I've seen the suggestion before, but I don't think it is what we need for this situation. Blitz - thanks for the feedback, it makes a big difference for me as a player and we've received lots of positive emails on the change.

The current indicator and it's quick flash with a completely out of scheme color really scars my eyes.

The current indicator and it's quick flash with a completely out of scheme color really scars my eyes. I agree, I think you hit the nail on the head with "out of color scheme." I agree that something is better than nothing, but especially the color makes the indicator seem out of place.

What "something" you are talking about? Some distracting flash outside your current concentration point? (Means, your finger tapping on the "glom" button.) You change your attention to the flash, see nothing of the ordinary, then move your attention back to the glom button to confirm the results of your action. This is HIGHLY distracting. Or annoying. Or both.

Thanks for the feedback! We'll certainly keep working on improving.
I can change to gold color to match the color scheme better.
It sounds like slowing down the animation will help you all.
Feedback has been overwhelmingly positive so far, so I don't want to change it much.

you gotta chill man, it's not that big of a deal. This is exactly the attitude that allows Microsoft selling Windows 10.
