Having some problems with this level,
1: The signal seems completely random when it gets sent. I've play it 5 times so far and its been different every time. The last one the second signal went out on turn 2, next one at turn 3, fourth at turn 5 and final at turn six. On the try before that the second signal didn't go out till turn 4, next one at turn 6 or 7, and the final two happened at nine and ten.
2: Reactor Jolt is only giving +1 MP not 2 like it says it should.

ntsheep - the signal sending is semi-random. The % chance that it will send grows each turn and resets when the signal is sent.

So the last one was just a bunch of bad rolls then. I noticed there's a turn goal of 16 I think. Why even have one for this level when there's a chance for what happened to me to happen. This might seem unfair to some. People that haven't set their group in a good way will have more trouble than others. Although this is a good example of when doing a respec just for a certain level may be a good tactic. I have to go to work so I'll try again later tonight. Keep up the good work, still enjoying this game greatly. It will be a hit I'm sure.

ntsheep - I can reduce the turn goal to 8 or something, but then no one will ever get it.

ntsheep - on the turn you use the Reactor Jolt, it seems to only add +1 MP because you use an AP for the Ordnance. This reduces -1 AP and -1 MP. The next turn, you do have your full +2 MP.

I will run the simulator a few more times to make sure that the percentages for the signal send are fair and growing at the right rate.

Still having a lot of problems with this level. Either the signal gets sent out way to fast or now with the latest update it seems that every enemy is targeting my Engineer. I've tried using the reactor jolts and then the other thing that increase a buff by four turns. I'm using every buff I can to increase movement speed and it seems like nothing is helping. Any one else having problems with this level or have beat it please let me know what you did. Levels like this may turn off too many people. I really want this game to be this next big hit for the TB's.

That level has been played 30 times, defeating players 5 times.
84% of players on that level are playing on Normal.
20% of player deaths on that level are Captain, the other 80% are "Abort Mission" after Templar death.
44% of players who claim Victory in "Traitor's Bunker" do so under the turn goal.
This level has the highest "played more than twice" rating of any level. It also has the highest defeat to plays ratio (on Normal difficulty.)
We will keep working on it and gathering metrics about the levels in each update.

I'll keep trying, I'm not giving up yet. It just seems that I'm the one that always has the worst luck with these type of levels you guys design.

ntsheep - it is interesting that you mention the speed on your Engineer. Are you trying to run your Engineer to the two power generators? Any Templar will do.

No fallen. I've been running my Engineer down to the FTL generator. I try to split what's left of the squad to go after the power generators. I would say at the moment my loss record is this, 10% Due to Captain death 30% abort\restart because of lost Templar. About 1\3rd of that due to losing Engineer. 60% because FTL signal is sent out. Most of them have happened before turn 9. I've had at least three starts where the second signal is sent out on the first turn. Several times the second one is sent out on turns 3,4, or 5 and then it's like dominoes. All the others come right after. I did finally get one time where I got both power generators shut down, but could not get any one back in time to do all the damage needed to take out the FTL generator. My Engineer was the only one there and there was no way for him to do over 700 HP damage in just a few turns. 3 turns after shutting down the power, the fifth signal got sent. I'm not trying to make you guys feel bad. I just can't figure out why I'm getting these crappy results. I understand that I seem to be on the low end of something like this happening, but once this game hits the market and more people are playing, the low chances start stacking up and if too many people run into the same situation I'm having it could lead to a lot of bad reviews. No matter what I'll keep trying. Never give up, never surrender

ntsheep - thanks for the info. As we've done with all the levels, we will continue to try to improve. One suspicious start of the report is that you've had signals sending on the first turn. No signal should be sent until you at least enter the main large room at the center of the map. I will investigate!
