Fixed for next. The rule of diminishing returns was not being applied to buffs. To quote the library, and a newly added clause about a hard max:
"Different Buffs and Gear can raise a Templars MP above 6. If a Templar's MP hits 10, this is a point of diminishing returns. Once above 10 MP, it requires +2 MP to generate a full +1 MP. Therefore, you must gain +2 points by Buff or Gear to raise your MP to 11. Regardless of Move Point bonuses, a Templar cannot achieve more than 13 MP."
