Just got the game on the weekend, love it so far, got the elite version in 15 minutes after trying the free one. Anyways. Haven't had any glitches till today. I bought a safe house key, and it didn't show in my inventory. I had to force stop the app and then go back in. Luckily it was there though. I also sold some data, but didn't receive the funds.
