I don't know what's scarier, the actual line that is said or that it's the turret saying it. I think the issue might be that the turret was the last unit selected before ending the turn.  |

The Turrets talk in several places in the game. I never considered this a bug, I like the Turret portrait.
The Engineer is obviously the one talking, but using the Turret's vox comms. =)
