When Tarquin comes onboard the Righteous Fallen, he (the person on the board, not the portrait) looks an awful lot like Commander Hotk. I know that in this day-and-age people can wear whatever they want even if it's not clothes that are generally considered appropriate for their gender, but it just struck me as odd that his portrait didn't match.
