Hi guys,
First of all, I have to say, this is a great game - lots, and lots of fun. And hard too!
I'm not sure if this is by design, but I noticed that Ranged Accuracy for Soldiers is actually determined by Strength instead of Quickness. Is this right or is it a bug?

Yo Rick,
Which stat is used for boosting ranged accuracy depends on the kind of weapon used. Quickness is generally used for the "lighter" weapons, like needlers and pistols, while strength is generally used for the "heavier" weapons, like sniper rifles and assault rifles.
Keep in mind, Strength and quickness are also associated with other skills, such as melee accuracy/defense and ranged accuracy/defense.

Another great plate to look about the rules is the Combat Guide on Steam: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=522600159Glad you're enjoying the game! I hope you'll take a minute to leave a review on Steam
