Finally figured out how to add immersive mode to Android and increase the amount of screen available for the game.
We'll be releasing an update including this for Battleforce in the next cycle. Thanks for commenting!

On Android, it means that the software button bar (home, tab, back) will slide out of view.

Mine already does that on my tablet, actually it's sort of a pain since I can't see my power meter easily with the status bar at top hidden, one of the nice things with ST is having that status bar visible...

It is a commonly requested feature and Google prefers developers to use it for games. We're just doing our best to stay relevant.

Not saying it's not worth doing, just that with all the different android devices and versions a number of them either don't need this or are wanting the oppossite in a way. I'd like to see my status bar with date/time, power meter and wi-fi connection status while playing and can't currently without fighting the map scroll to draw it down. Hopefully your update will allow a choice for users that will allow that to be shown or hidden.

I am afraid we cannot support an option to turn on those different settings at this point.
However, this update will make it MUCH easier for you to check the status bar while playing the game, which was previously more difficult.

This is nice, I've been using Power Toggles to force immersive mode on HoS and TB for sometime. Can't accidentally hit home now.

I like it! I am a big proponent of immersive mode, glad you figured it out. I know it's been a bug-a-boo for you guys.
