v1.2.17: not all buff descriptions show turn limit

Here are a few buffs that do not show turn limits in the descriptions:

Berserker: Uncapped Fury (should probably say "Self-only buff" instead of "buff at up to 0 range")
Paladin: Battlefield Enhancers
