Hmm... And I was attributing it to his lack of imagination. As "It" "Stand", I do believe that they are all connected in some way... as do his characters. The same people keep popping up here and there.
I think, in the near future, we may see a finale of sorts when all the unlikely heroes of each story come together to face this Cthulu-like overlord and his slimy minions.

I doubt that will ever happen. As to how most of his writing is interconnected, he wrote deus ex machina into mid-world. Since, in his mythology Mid-world is the nexus for all of the other worlds...hence why characters can all show up there. They either already have a version of themselves there, or use mid-world as the portal to get to the reality they need to be. He even wrote himself into it. He is the link obviously. |

I could send my kids packing... literally... with an arsenal that would make a Gunslinger CK proud as they go "Blow Your Face Up Within Max Range of 3 Meter Shotguns-or-Treat" and take a photo of them terrorising the neighborhood. When they're done, I think the place would even look like NBZ... broken windows... empty streets... Yeah... cool...

No this isn't a S. King thread...we can always make one if we feel so inclined. What an amazing reflection though, and the power to just one person's imagination ...
what happens if everyone used their imagination,
all at the same time??

I'd love to go as a Cyber Knight. But it would be so similar to my normal garb that it would not register as a costume on most people that I know.

Er... so you have a mohawk hairstyle, pierced ear, guild tattoo around the left eye and a scar across the forearm? Your normal gear would include a pair of aviator shades, black or khaki singlet, dogtags, cargo pants, pair of military boots and a leather trenchcoat?
