Most dogs are more sociable creatures since they are descended from wild animals that hunted and lived in packs. Owners and other humans become members so to speak of a dogs pack which may make them seem extroverted. In actuality their personalities are quite varied and the way they are raised/trained will likely have a strong impact on it.

My pug Paddy is extremely extroverted. Always happy to see another, be they man or beast. Except that cat Hank, who tries to smell his ears and picks on him when his sharp claws aren't clipped... but actually, after 4 years in the same house, even Hank seems to falling under Paddy's spell, being less confrontational, and Paddy is warming. Paddy is so extroverted and confident... once we met a Great Dane on a walk and Paddy went right up to him, barked a time or two, the Dane sat and lowered his head for some sniffing, Paddy stood and placed his paw on the Dane's jaw. I thought, one mouthful.

Kinda back, illness acting up plus family time made no time for online (except for trying to keep my brain from deteriorating further). Illness is still acting up so will go into for more test tomorrow to see what new thing I have or not. Usually test come back normal, but maybe this time they'll figure out why I don't seem to rest or heal/recover from normal daily activities properly - stupid multi-faceted auto-immune disease(s).

wascalwywabbit, hope all is well. Would be sad if you had to go. Us farm animals need to stick together. Maybe on a metal stick with some vegetables and mushrooms. A teriyaki sauce brushed on over an open flame and some sake to wash it all down

Is there anything like a ranklist? Like how many posts=rank?

Watch the stars under your name and the word above them. It will change as your post count goes up. Don't know the exact order.

Maybe one of the forum admins might know. Perhaps there's some sort of plugin from ProBoards that allows it.

My friend on easytech forum just print screened all system when set it, I can ask him where in boards system it is defined.
