Shit's better than therapy. I haven't gotten to that type of therapy yet... It may very well help my digestive disorder(s), it's shown some success in others - I may try eating dirt first though cause safety concerns and eww factor. Do you eat it or take the triple coated pills. :-p ...out of context fun.

Coffee equals poop. It's a drink of the movers and shakers. You just didn't know what they were moving and shaking. Hint = butt.

Why is it so difficult to find time to sit and write, anyway... I mean, aside from daily housework and raising a stubborn three year old... I'm an adult, and I could have sworn that adults growing up had it so much easier. Now that I'm here I find that it's insane how much time adulting ACTUALLY takes up. Anyone else in the same boat? Try adulting with multiple illnesses... Wooden blocks of various kinds are great for teaching children classical mechanics (GR and QM require instrumented observations and abstract training), abcs blocks, mixed size blocks, wooden train sets, Lincoln Logs, Tinker toys - distraction = win! Plastic building materials are even better for training the wee ones in engineering, Legos, K'nex etc.- distraction = win! Don't forget to send the child outside each day 1+ hour a day- distraction = win! Various education materials are available at your local library and online - distraction = win! Nap times! Use fewer dishes, eat with your hands, fruit, nuts, popcorn etc. Less cleanup, hand washing only. Quiet book time 1 hour a day, reading preparedness training (non-fiction picture books are best like visual dictionaries)- distraction = win! Quiet drawing time 1 hour a day, art freeform instruction - distraction = win! 1 hour music and dancing time daily, music freeform, and kinesthetic body mechanics instruction - distraction = win! 3 hours of intellectually and emotionally stimulating video a day has been shown to improve the school performance of children over two years of age, more or less time is generally less optimal from the studies I've seen. Montessori methods prefer natural and realistic, but I've found success with a mix of that with cartoonish medias, I'ts best to spend some, though not all of it, of your time with them during this period - distraction = win! Make sure to spend at least five minutes between each transition talking to them, meal times together, time together before bed times, and about 2/3 of videos time, (at age 3 - less as gets older is fine) with them. Use the time freed up for cleaning, writing and times with your wife and friends. It may still not be enough time in the day for everything you want to do without sacrificing sleep... The more often you sleep the less sleep you need on average, most sleep studies found 2 sleep periods per day ideal for most, noon-3pm (nap with the wee one) and then midnight-3am was particularly noted as being effective for one study I saw back in the 90s. Those are just guidelines based on studies, theories and personal experience; of course be flexible and choose what's best for you guys, I know you will without me saying anything... Your friend -The Wabbit Edit: Forgot to mention, animals and other children help develop social-emotional skills, otherwise or also, baby dolls and toys animals. 20+ minute walks after meals are also great for the bodies and souls of young and old alike, another good time to spend together as a family. Also teach the child to clean up after themselves and some household chores, even at this young age and younger, it's also good for them and you and will cost time teaching them now, but save you hundreds of hours later, not to mention less chance of fighting over it when they're teens. -Accidentally hit quote instead of edit... fixed now.

Coffee equals poop. It's a drink of the movers and shakers. You just didn't know what they were moving and shaking. Hint = butt. Make sure it's well filtered (wire screens don't cut it unless it's especially coarsely ground, use paper filters), also eat something with it, the tannins are toxic and need to be filtered some and absorbed by food particulates. Higher quality coffee brands also help, particularly metal package seals for freshness. The tannins are anti microbial, and are healthy at lower doses to help fend off infections, but highers doses ruin gut flora diversity. Sources experience and study.

Hahaha yes. You over your health trouble, or just holding on for dear ....? Well I don't know how dear my life is, but I'm still trying to keep functional, unfortunately one of my major medical providers is going bye-bye, so will have to find a new rheumatologist. I really wish AZ allowed the GP to do their damn job instead of requiring GP to outsource everything thing that a nurse couldn't do, it's ridiculous. If anyone tries the line "Don't let government get between you and your health care provider." It's years and years too late, they already have to a stupid degree, insurance is just as bad too.

It would seem 'they' are all crooks. You can't make peace with someone that looks down on you. At least not a peace you should accept. The time for a square deal was in the 80's? maybe. Our parents missed the last hurrah, and now we are worth our weight in.... Hey why are they parking oil tankers again?

It would seem 'they' are all crooks. You can't make peace with someone that looks down on you. At least not a peace you should accept. The time for a square deal was in the 80's? maybe. Our parents missed the last hurrah, and now we are worth our weight in.... Hey why are they parking oil tankers again? All crooks, maybe not, but even the well intentioned have the law of unintended consequences bite them and us. Making peace with those who look down on you may not be mutual, but acting peaceably, with appropriate discourse of any injustice is probably still preferable to outright rebellion, though sometimes the latter seems appealing, I'm too tired for that any way ... but I can bring issues to light a bit with just a touch of complaint. With the racial, social-economic and generational divisions in America, Caucasians in America as a whole have seen a stagnation to declines in America since the early seventies due largely to changes to corporate culture, Black Americans, and Latino Americans have seen mixed positive and negatives with general social-justice reforms and the inner-city gang and drug wars (the latter of which the social justice reforms have not really reached yet). Native/Indian Americans have mostly seen positives since those early 70s, with the exception of tribal corruption often in association to the gambling money influencers, poverty, alcoholism and other issues still at the fore as well. Only those from Asian decent have generally seen major improvements in cultural acceptance and general welfare. Women have been better respected, except sexual harassment and abuse remains shamefully rampant in JH-College. So, I don't think the 80s were any special place for a square deal at all, especially since the all-stakeholders, customers, stockholders, employees and general community being mostly fairly treated by corporations (at least in White America) had already gone the way of the dodo in favor of merely stockholder returns being paramount, which is slowly starting to reverse again. The fact that many in, particularly, though not exclusively conservative white America, conflate the declines of the social covenant between government, corporations and the communities they should serve in white America with the civil liberties being slowly increased with the racially, politically and genderly diverse is slowing the changes needed by the real problems faced by all universally. Everyone should be served, not just any one group, because all do better when all have well being to serve others, one group doing better does not, nor should mean the worsening of the fortunes of another, to do so or see such is a diseased culture whose maladies should not be seen as the maladies of just the arm or leg, but of the whole person/community. Blessing and respect.
