I went and spent money on the +3 dermal cybernetic armour. Now when I look at the armour I am wearing, I get the total of my armour plus my implant as its stats. This makes it difficult for me to compare the armour I have on with the armour in the stores, since those armours don't show the bonuses. I can take my armour off, of course, but it is a nuisance. (Especially when you forget to put it on, and then wonder why you are getting shot up so much.
