I keep my whole squad together and to use johndramey's terms, do it A->C->B order. I've often found that if there are no knights by a TP then the enemy mostly leaves it alone. If they start attacking it, I'll drop a few structural upgrades on it, but those almost always last until I can complete the level.

I've recently started making a Headshot scout for when I know he won't be moving much (like defending a TP) and have been amazed at the amount of damage they can put out. Forget about slowing the xenos just kill them in one shot.

Forget about slowing the xenos just kill them in one shot. Really going down the sniper route is very powerful! Glad you're enjoying it. If only we had the sound effect for "Head shot!" ... "Dominating!" ... "ETC!"

Forget about slowing the xenos just kill them in one shot. Yeah, man! In my recent run through of the game, I had my level 20 scout built out for headshot, piercing fire, and field of focus. I was landing 200+p damage hits on the Narvidians and it was amazing.

Bringing my Hydra squad through this, something I've been dreading. I seriously am having issues with this level... the amount of Xeno this map spawns is out of control! Would there be any way to highlight the secondary TPs? Plotting a route is difficult at best on this one, so a shade more transparency would be crazy helpful. I understand if this gets vetoed, but I'm looking at yet another wipe and don't know what to do differently

Click objectives, click on the row that includes the TP of interest. The destination is shown and highlighted.
