I was in a hunting rage, Vraes wanted to give Rabiel and his minions hell.... I have to admit, i never had any idea to look for the underforge in Brunehorn as my group decided to be on Braeys side and against Baron Koda.

Lol. I would much rather have a puzzle to solve to open a secret door then to search inch by inch with an electron microscope for them. Hint. Hint.

In his defense, the hidden door isn't exactly easy to find if you don't know what you're looking for... I wonder how many people playing have no idea that the doors even exist. The dialog says they are there ... |

I know, but if someone "Skips All" and misses it they might not know about it. Is it mentioned in the Quest Log that the Underforge is behind a hidden door? Forgive me if it's well explained, I haven't been near the UF in quite some time  |

Seems like the issue in the OP is not related to secret doors at all. The entire spider house fell into oblivion on the lava.

I've replayed Ep.2 not so long ago, and there was so many dialogue pointers to that that I've felt shoved in there.
