Just got me new phone,galaxy j3 ,installed game but can't access the extra characters or boost in! Can't seem to buy them again either.I'm probably missing something obvious,I don't mind losing the previous games,fresh start and all that,but need selen and kinkaid for new party.help please

If you buy IAP in our other games, you'll notice that the Restore button exists there as well. Any game without Restore uses the old Google API that downloads them automatically.
the new API by Google requires that button ... so there you go, it is just like Apple (which seems to be what Google wants.)
