First- the new Library looks good!
Second: minor suggestion: the entry for squad cap may be improved by adding a sentence about how 9 Templars are the maximum that can be deployed at any one time.

Vae Victus - but 12 Templars are the maximum that can be deployed at any one time. Every level has a different maximum.

All the more reason for the entry to state the maximum  . I recall (possibly erroneously) that at one point I captured a tact point and it did not increase the squad cap because the cap was already at its limit. Apologies if my recollection is mistaken. |

Yep, that means that you hit the limit for the level. I will work on improving the library entry.

It varies on each level, independent of the tactical point.
A Library entry wouldn't be very informative, because it wouldn't be accurate for the level you're on.
