I'm afraid I saw this some time ago (about a month maybe) but think it was on my most recent HoS binge.
Upon pulling some enemies, the bottom left portrait would remain as the 'enemy turn' portrait, even though I was able to move and use talents with my heroes. AP was not shown.
In all likelihood Vraes was leading the party, so maybe it's to do with him somehow winning a stealth roll?
Sorry I can't be more specific, it was some time ago. (This may have been fixed recently, idk)
