Pinned post or Topic/Folder on game info and mechanics

Hi all I new to the game 5th day and its my 1st day on forum. I have tons of questions, and most of them i couldn't find an answer here in the forum.
I really would love to see a place, pinned post, folder or something where we can find answers to the most common questions.
Stuff like
* List of available ships and requirements to get.
* List of officers
* Ways to fix faction/reputation
* List of npc pirates and npc nation warships and npc mechant ships.
* List of ship upgrades.
* and other most common info new gamers ask about.
