Would love to watch an hour long Let's Play of some of these total clears. That would be a long Let's Play. The Starport wasn't much to write home about, but Kaldun would have been interesting. It's a little slow though because you have to spend some defensive turns just cooling down. The whole pacing is different. |

Last night I did a complete cleanup of Narvidian Core: captured 3 TPs, then neutralized the rest as I made my way counterclockwise around the map until the bottom 2 TPs, then headed back up north through the middle and clockwise down the far east end, capturing the last 2 TPs needed to finish the level. Lost the 1st TP in the process but simply retook another one on the way. It was fun watching the narvs gradually fall and lose ground, and by the end I didn't even have to watch my back anymore, since they could only come from one direction, everything else having been neutralized. It would be pretty boring as an LP, though, since I mostly played in a highly-conservative way, advancing slowly, scanning ahead, blocking narv progress with overwatch, slowing down dangerous units with crippling fire, all very methodical.  Once you've seen it once, you've seen it all; so maybe only the first 2-3 captures would be worth watching, but after that it just gets repetitious. |

Last night I did a complete cleanup of Narvidian Core, Hah! I'm just in the process of doing that myself. I think you're working through levels much faster than me though. So far none of the levels have been as much fun to clear completely as Kaldun. |
