Couldn't restore purchases made on tablet on my cell phone.

Hello there, thanks for the great game.

I bought the elite edition, then got all 4 characters, on my tablet.  When I installed the elite edition on my phone (normally) I tried to "restore purchases" to open up the new characters, it said "downloading purchases" but didn't open up the characters.  However, when I try to buy a character on my phone, it says that I already own that character.  This was on Android.

Since I am about to switch tablets (this one is kinda old). I'd like to make sure I don't have to buy the characters all over again on the new one.

Sounds like an issue with Google Play. I sent you a list of common troubleshooting steps.

Also possible that Google's just having a bad server day. I've reached out to them for confirmation.
