Any other widespread outages? Worked yesterday, today nonpayh found even to walk a few squares (although strangely it allows for some minor inidividusl character movement to a few squares but not far). Checked all games and even the older ones are fried out.

Just finished testing Heroes of Steel, latest build, on 12 Android devices and 9 iOS devices.
New and old games all functioning correctly. Test 31 of the maps, but HoS has 162 maps, so if it is a map specific issue, I may have missed it.
What maps are you guys on with your saved games?

All my maps are affected in current saves. Torrent watershed. Freeport. Walled braeyshaum. Krellin deeps. Vast caverns.

In the beginning of Nordhall near the exit
WAS in version 4.2.55 and the party when glommed move correctly. Could move a screen wide or two.
Updated to version 4.2.59 and error occurred. Most of the time when moving the glommed party to the other side of the screen, a message "No path found" would be display and the party does no move (Note, sometime, it does work.) Most of the time when moving the single person in the party to the other side of the screen, a message "No path found" would be display and no movement

What is "to the other side of the screen" is that a specific distance, or like are you panning really far away before tapping?
Are you having trouble with any other touch screen features in Heroes of Steel RPG? Buttons not working, menus not responding to taps?
EDIT: Any chance you could post screenshots of what you're doing and what is happening?

The distance is around 5-8 squares away from the party. Just select a square near the edge of the screen to test the movement problem.
By the way the screen is boring, because the party is glommed and setting there Picture should be coming to your gmail

Not easily.
In the watershed, I am at the original campsite and was trying to traverse cleared area to new parts around no the stairs to the temple. Simply moving my party around. Testing clicking short and long distances.
However, the majority of spaces when tapped give the message of no path found. And occasionally when one space does work, the party takes a very roundabout way there.
It seems like the clear map tiles are acting as if filled and non-passable or don't register correctly when tapped.
This seems replicated on all my saves.

Can anyone share the ordering of their party they are using?
Who is leading? What order did you setup? How far are you moving? Are you glommed? Do you have an issue if you are not glommed?
What series of taps did you use to setup the move and try to execute it? (tapped glom button, tapped 4 squares, tapped Vraes' head, tapped target square, got no path found)?

I have now tested glommed and unglommed with all characters leading to the same effect.
Party order was the basic set-up of lead with Selen glommed at all times. Downloaded the new patch and discovered the issue immediately. So base set-up was with classic stealth lead.
While glommed and each character leading, no difference. I have now unglommed with each character having the same issue. Interestingly, I cannot glom again as it says grouping is blocked. I am sending a screenshot as an example.
I tested a boost in and new start with each having similar effects. When a character can move, it seem to walk clockwise around the room in a tightening spiral until the location is arrived out. characters will move mostly along diagonals I think.
In the picture I cannot move Vraes back. The other three may have occasional movements.
As for the spaces that work for moving, they are not consistent. Sometimes a double tap will move them to one space. If I move again, no other character can move into the former space.

Same problem here.
- iOS version is 10.1.1 on iPad Mini 2. - Heroes of Steel v4.2.59 - Behavior seems to be independent of grouped/ungrouped and independent of who is leading - New and old games all show 'No path found' when clicking on valid spaces. - When clicking on adjacent legal spaces around a character (the 8 surrounding tile), only 1 seems to be valid.
... ended up un-installing and re-installing, not thinking that the saved games were stored locally... oh well... (btw, that didn't fix the issue)

Thanks for all the details. We are using some of the exact same devices here and have been unable to reproduce it. We will keep trying and work on a fix ASAP. If you have any additional details, please share! @guest2016 - sorry to hear about the loss of saved games
