I have been playing Templar BF for a bit recently and I'm on my third replay on normal, but I've noticed that I can't upgrade the talents of some of my veterans; scout, engineer, hydra and most recently my soldier. The "status" and "equip" tabs light up after a level up but the "talent" tab doesn't. Is there a way to fix this?
BTW, I love your games and Templar BF is a favourite.

starlord I believe you only get talent points on certain levels

Yep, you don't get Talent points on every level. That is very likely the cause. We're working on ways of making that more clear.

starlord for the first ?5 levels you get a talent point every level, then it switches to 3 TP every 5 Levels 10101,10101,10101 etc. I'm not sure if the pattern starts at level 5 or 6 though.

OK, as I screwed up the text fomatting in my earlier eply/quote, I try again.
BF v2.6.47 - The BF in-game library says: "For the first 8 levels a Templars gains a Talent point a level. After level 8, the rate of new Talent points is reduced to 3 points every 5 levels."
Here is, what I experienced on my first session in BF (v2.6.47) on normal difficulty - and as you will see it differs from the rule stated above:
My Templars leveled up to level 3 and did NOT gain a Talent point (but a point on attributes, skills and gear). I just decided to start over from the beginning, and will report if this happens again.
For now, my conclusion is that either the implementation in v2.6.47 is not true to the rule stated above - or - that the rule stated above is not correct (any more?). Or, are we suffering from a random bug? We'll see.
BTW: Trese Brothers, BF is an awsome game and you are doing a great job on it. Please, keep it up and this already great game will come close to perfect (not many games ever get there).

I think "Mee!" is right. I just don't know what the true pattern is. If it is updated in the in-game library, I'll make note of it on the wiki.

There is no describable pattern, honestly.

Hah! I'd love to get a complete list to add to the wiki. Maybe I'll just have to manually write it down as I go and do it that way.

Thaaanks for the quick replies, to you all. Now I know, I'm not hit by some omnious bug or anything. Thanks for updating the library.
You know, I'm new to BF and although I've had Trese Brothers games on my mobiles for years, I never really got into one of your games (not the fault of the games). But now, BF did it for me. I'm afraid, I will put a lot of time into this game (now THAT's the games fault, ha ;-))
drspendlove: If I got it right, you were the one who started the BF WIKI. Thanks and thanks again for keeping it up. And, of course, karma +1. :-)
