I was going to put these under 'Suggestions', but as there may be a lot of these thought it best to make a new thread imgur.com/MRaWfm7Tooltips for the planet ratings would be fabulous, also I guess that the first icon below these is showing I have a contact on the planets surface, but what is the second?

On the ship status screen it would be cool to have tooltips for individual components on the deck plans

The second icon indicates Refueling is possible here. If you are on the quadrant map, you can see also a small blue dot lodged in the zone icon, which indicates "Zone+Refuel"

Just woke up and wanted to post something similar. Unless I'm missing something, there is no way to get info on distant planets on the map on Android. While watching the tutorials, I saw that Cory could get basic info by hovering over the planet. Could we get a similar info pop up on a tap and hold for Android?

Yep, that information is not possible to get today on Android. Definitely an item on our list. We're working on getting all sorts of data usually available through hover onto mobile -- its a challenge all over the game.

Ok, good to know. It's tough being a merchant without having that kind of info available, haha. I'll have to shelve my vudka trading empire character for the time being and work on something else. Thanks!

Yeah, the best experience is definitely on Win32 and Mac OS X right now, but we'll get mobile caught up ASAP.

I've just noticed that there are multiple settlements on some of the planets I'm landing on. The lower left settlement gets just a little cut off, so I never really thought about it. Made a ton of profit selling goods produced by an industrial settlement to a luxury population settlement on the same planet. That a feature? Not complaining, it was very nice, just curious.

Yes, while the economy sustains it, you can shuttle goods up into orbit and around to the other side of the world. It is rare that the map generator creates such nice combinations for you, so when you find them I suggest exploiting them. You'll find that, as all economies can be drained, you'll run out of goods to buy and sell across the world. There are a number of additional pilot tests that need to be added to entering / leaving orbit which will make this a little more challenging, but definitely intentional if that is what you find!

While watching the YouTube video on character creation, there were tooltips available for some of the choices. As has been noted these are not fully functioning for mobile. I'd suggest a press and hold capability for rooftops universally and an option to turn tutorial type tooltips off.

Dear god, fallen he's cracked the code. Time to scramble the icons again? PS: These are stolen from 4X and will be replace. They'll have hovers and text so you won't have to make these documents much longer saltin. Great detective work. Thanks for posting <3 PS: Have some Karma.
