Like the Captain Creation template, I would like to be able to make some starter crew templates. I have some ideas along those lines: The All-Female Squad of Lesbian Alien Hunters! The Men in Utterly Black!
Get them selected for desired abilities, dressed, named and equipped with starter weapons *once*, never have to fuss with them again ....

I've definitely started to custom craft my crews and could see myself playing around with this.

Not something we will be able to include in the game by launch, but I've taken a note on the long term roadmap.

Well then, for the _roadmap_ I want a crew all in velvet court dress, with all the gold braid, ruffled shirts, and powdered wigs. Wouldn't that be cool?

Firefly > Star Trek Much as I love Firefly, with a crew of 20+ people I want uniforms Already sort of do that with crew getting dressed by job, however since there isn't direct analogues between male and female clothes the choice is either having all male or all female crew or else having mismatched "uniforms". My Captain tends to fly a Harem ship because of this   |

We had to make a call and buy the artwork we thought would work best for the game. Sorry we didn't make a specific enough set of naval uniforms. I don't know when/if we will have additional budget for new models, but when we do we'll be keen to keep customer and Kickstarter feedback in mind.

If you plan to do some sort of 'allow customisation' in steam, you may find that this sort of artwork just arrives on it own. We've got artists in the larger TB community, after all.
