grävling I don't always include them in all my crews. It's the three remove risk cards, that I try to have one or more of. Yes definitely not strong on combat. We here on the federation ship "Milk Toast Heroes", try to use remove risk cards to avoid getting blood on our freshly mopped decks. Building the table was full of surprises. I'm thinking about promoting a Bounty Hunter for the killer firepower during combat. Crazy design: Captain Spy with 1 rank explorer. 1st officer Explorer 1 rank Spy. Then I have 2 of Espionage Sweep, and Vigilant Search remove risk cards to use before cool down sets in. Whether or not I'm prospecting, often enough mission requires searching a wild zone for contact. Surface combat can be brutal. Just last week many crew injuries were sustained when they stampeded to get back on the ship. Tell me more about the Combat Medic? What's the best way to use one? Do they work best with a certain type of combat team?

Do they work best with a certain type of combat team? In early days you use one to make doctor saves for everybody all over the ship even when you aren't going to combat. I have been playing merchants and zealots and bounty hunters recently. We mostly avoid risk cards by avoiding the card games altogether, but we still very much want spy as part of our talent, or our officer talent.

Do they work best with a certain type of combat team? BH for combat is worth it. My current Captain has about 8 levels in BH, a Vulture HMG, Plated Combat Armor and is an absolute combat monster.

When it is being used, yes, so provided the talent has already got its unique icon in the map, you can learn to recognise it for the future. I know what evasive maneuvers and sharp steering look like, by now. But for many of them I am still stuck with Eeny meeny miney moe -- which red icon will blast my foe?

Crew 2 Crew combat the traits have the names show up somewhere on screen (can't remember where, but it's there).
Ship 2 Ship combat doesn't, and that a memorizing game of which symbol does what.

If you tap to select, then look, the talent name and description is shown. If you select another, then that one's description is shown
