fallen So far I've discovered 2 talents that effect moral during crew combat. Why is this important? Bounty Hunter | Hunter's Challenge | In combat -24 Morale, pulls target fwd 1 slot
|
| ---------------------- | (intimidation) | Combat Medic | Clean Purge | In combat restores +10 Morale |
Followup question: How does the Bounty Hunter's Intimidation skill aid in combat.

Probably a bug when lethal hit wasn't working correctly (a few versions ago) but when I used it it affected moral for a ridiculous amount.
The enemy just up and leaves because of low moral.
My Bounty Hunter was such a warrior that the enemy didn't wanna fight anymore.

If a combatant falls below 20 Morale, they have a chance to be defeated and flee every turn.
If they are taken to 0 Morale, auto-flee.

Putting break and run during crew combat great addition. I noticed once during ship combat, they had many effects active from my weapons. I hovered over the ship and it said the crew was "In panic", another great design. Thanks

John Robinson - yep, Crew Panic will cause a bunch of Morale Damage to the enemy crew. So, if you've softened them up with some good hits before you board, you'll often find that the enemy (or your own boarding party) have low HP/Morale. This may change your strategy as to what attack Talents you want to use -- maybe its time to terrify them into fleeing. Crew who are defeated in combat via fleeing are side-lined for the rest of the combat, as if they were knocked out by HP.

John Robinson - Crew who are defeated in combat via fleeing are side-lined for the rest of the combat, as if they were knocked out by HP. Best weapon of all! Every other cripple attack doesn't prevent them from firing back causing your side damage. If you can sideline one in a hurry, they can't hurt you. Another bonus; missed killing an enemy and they have 6 hp left, maybe they run away before getting another shot off. I haven't leveled my Bounty Hunter very high yet, but I sure hope to see more of this type of morale busting Talent. Good thing I'm sitting down feeling a little dizzy from the effects of TB genius.

John Robinson - lots more Talents to come as we can leverage them in. Making a point of getting more and more every release. My latest favorites from the last release are ... 1) Pirate's Furious Prodding restores Morale mid ship combat 2) Military Officer's Overriding Discipline restores Morale mid ship combat 3) Doctor's Field Surgeon restores crew HP mid ship combat Next update ... 3) Engineer's Battle Repairs & Mechanic's Rushed Patches restore Hull and Component dmg mid ship combat

Next update ... 3) Engineer's Battle Repairs & Mechanic's Rushed Patches restore Hull and Component dmg mid ship combat Oh, those sound super useful! So Engineer will be live by next update? By the way, for the short-term — to accommodate Android/iOS players with no hover-over info box — is it possible to overlay Text of the Talent name on top of the combat Talent icons? This way we can tell them apart, and you don't have to draw unique icons for each one just yet. I'm not able to keep track of Talents on the bar once I get more than 3-4 of the same icon/location. Very confusing. It's one reason I haven't really dived into combat yet. Edit: Same request for the ship weapon icons.

Distressing when you meant to buff your ship to do crippling damange to the Xeno and appear to have hit the red box that means 'flee with all speed from combat' (I think this is a spy one).

I agree with athios and gravling, please give us andriod/ios users some way to differentiate combat talents. For the time being, I avoid taking combat talents with the same icons, so I don't get confused in combat. Not optimal.
OTOH, I've used combat surgeon, I like the concept, it'd be nice if it gave you some indication of how much healing occured. BTW, I slipped it in on the last round of combat. After two Evasive Maneuvers in a row.

Ok, fair.
I am going to finish 2 more mission templates, and then I will switch over to this issue. I will move the rest of my priority work out of the way until it is done.
There are 32 ship combat Talents to finish, I will focus on those first. Then I will add an Info button for Talents or Weapons.
Thanks for the push, I have bumped this up to #1 priority.
