When you have for example -10 dmg then you deal just -physical dmg or also from each elemental separated or -10 from elemental + physical dmg together?

IIRC, -damage removes the top end of the enemy standard damage die. Pretty sure magical damage isn't touched in any way, it's just a reduction on the top end of enemy damage bands.

If an enemy does 20+d20 damage, and you curse it with -10 damage, it would become 20+d10.

The only thing I can think to add here is to remember that -damage only removes damage from damage bands. So in the example En1gma gave, -24 damage curse would reduce the roll to a d0 but the 20 base would be unaffected (so damage would be 20+ d0). This means that you can overcurse -damage so that it will have no effect. Some mob types that -damage works well on (they have a big random dice roll to their damage) are Orcin, Ratkin, and almost all archers (skeletal archers are excluded as a lot of their damage is elemental). Some it is not as effective on are Krete, shaman, tanky mob types like Beetles, and almost all elemental damage dealers. Take this with a grain of salt, overcursing damage is hard and almost all mobs will be fully effected by a single fully levelled damage debuff (especially on higher difficulties) but if you are stacking 3 fully levelled -damage curses you will see some inefficiencies when cursing less range (as in a smaller dice roll to their damage, not ranged attacks) damage monster types.
