I don't understand why I am being charged 10176 here, and not 14880. Am I getting some sort of trade-in price, because the starport will get to keep my Barrack 3?
If so, it would be nice to display the trade-in price. I am closer to being able to afford the larger barracks I want than I thought. (Indeed, I could buy it right now, but that would leave me broke, a bad idea.)
