[1.0.31 Win10] Rifle Model is off

The crew seem to be holding their rifles strangely. Any Crew holding an LMG seem to be holding it from the stock, with their hand in the magazine, while my BH Officer is holding it just fine. I tried switching the crew's weapons to see if that solved the issue, but it was still off.

I guess since I never really gave Crew rifles before, I never noticed it.
