Didn't see anyone mention this, so maybe iOS specific?
My Engineer Officer's Port Maintenance talent seems to fire every time I land on any settlement (after cool down), even when the ship isn't damaged.

Nope, looks like a bug common to all platforms. Took #3561 to fix.

... and contributed to my misunderstanding that this was a pool-stat talent .... Now, I believe that there aren't any pool-stat talents. It's saving-throw only. Is that correct, fallen? |

What is the question? When a Talent is used, the individual's Skills and Attributes are used. The bug report is that Port Maintenance is firing when it has nothing to repair. |
