[1.0.33] Contact service Rep threshold confusion

The message says 9 Rep required, which based on the displayed info I already have.
I think this is again the confusion between <Rep with Contact> and <Adjusted Rep with Contact> that had been reported before.

I went and Patrolled and got +4 Faction Rep, went back to Contact, and was able to get the next TP.
