So I accepted this mission:
At Step 2, I reach destination planet and am offered three options (sorry, no screenshot): Flag of Truce, Delay at Starport, Try Again Later.
Problem 1: The title "Flag of Truce" itself kind of assumes that I may have neutral/negative Rep with the Faction. I had +144 Rep, and because of that, the description's wording sounded rather odd. Yes, some people don't want the Arbitrator to arrive, but waving a Flag of Truce at assassins isn't going to help, so it doesn't make sense in that context either.
Problem 2: In the aftermath description (below), it said "cost us +-1 Rep in the end."
Problem 3: grävling may have already reported it in the Typo thread, but
waiting hands of the De Valtos --> waiting hands of the [FACTION] agents
positive Reputation with the De Valtos --> positive Reputation with [FACTION]
