I boosted in a group prior to the free blood stones given to the boosted group.
I have found 7 blood stones so far. The crafting is great fun and I want to do more of it. I found no blood stones in the city of the dead.
I have just met the Storm Brothers and will be attempting their two tasks. Are there any blood stones in that area?
This is one great game. I gave up on my Kindle fire as it Amazon would never update and bought an android tablet, bought the elite version and started over. Man am I ever having a good time with this game.

zagtooth - you can find bloodstones in most maps in the game. They are definitely in the City of the Dead. Bloostones, like Moonstones, are generally tucked away off the main paths between places. Glad you are enjoying the game! Hope you will leave a review!

Glad you are enjoying the game! Hope you will leave a review! I just went through the 8 dungeons that make up the big V's lair under Brunehorn without finding any. Did I miss some? Looks like a dry spell within the game. There are a few, but very small for the size and challenge of the area.
We'll keep working to improve.
