At least I hope you don't mine synthetic food.

Took #3591 for this, "Synthetic Food is raw resource (ID 9)"

Here are the food resources in the list. Synthetic Food Edible Plants Frozen Food Grain Vudka Ready To Eat Rations Luxury Rations These 4: - Synthetic Food - Edible Plants - Frozen Food - Grain Must remain Faction-less. If that means that we need a better name for Synthetic Food, then lets come up with one. It must remain a Raw and Faction-less resource, however. Otherwise, totally flexible

We're fixing this another way. It's better now. The world type influences what type of resources are found (metals are more common on molten worlds, edible plants on garden and jungle worlds, etc) and you will no longer find Synthetic or Frozen Foods.

Awww, I was just going to suggest the new name "Pink Goop", like what the old Chicken McNuggets were made of...

Edible Animals?

We got here from:
Discover and scrape clean a surface-level seam of raw resources. Improved by Mining Ship components.
Not sure how 'Edible Plants' and 'Grain' fit in here. Refer to Farming/Mining Ship components and change the definition of a Mining Ship Component in the stardock?

We'll try to fix, but that is really going to nerf those ship components. If we nerf them that hard, I'm not even sure they're worth keeping around. I guess we could make them super generic "Extractor II" or something. I guess that is a solution if this would really actually bother players. Not sure. I hate to see them nerfed into non-usefulness tho

Well, do you want Mining ship components to work on Grain and Edible Plants?
If not: The Molten worlds get this card, and the Garden and ones get grain and the Jungle ones get edible plants. New texts for the Garden and Jungle cards, that don't mention 'seams' and 'Mining Ship Components'.

They do work on all raw resources, including Grain and Metals. I guess we could split them out by resource type, but then as Cory Trese suggested I think we should remove them from the game because they are actually so weak they are a trap, not an advantage.

If you keep it, then we could rename them 'Red Herring'

Lol, yeah.
We'll work on improving the language, but we will have to find some language that works for any time of raw resource. We're trying to avoid Harvester. Perhaps Extractor is workable.
