Blue dragon question (Spoiler)

i dunno if this is a bug.
But i met some chains and quest dialogs in Deepwater Waste. It's said i should ask Llaranda for more info. I met her, ask about everything and bothing happened. I went back to the Deepwater Waste and still nothing happened. Is it a bug or am i doing smth wrong?

If you have been to the chains, talked to Laranda, and then returned to the chains, that is as far as that storyline goes at this time.

Some of the old Gods won't be woken up in Heroes of Steel. Not every storyline has a simple conclusion. This arc is intended to build the depth of the world and its pantheon, not provide another boss fight
