This is a lingering bug related to when the fog data is saved for the first time.
It is on my list to fix.

Feature request> Star Atlas: 1. Layer to compare two locations in Star Atlas to ID Deals. 2. also add prices below commodity tiles or color code to clearly see which items are the higher ticket items. 3. 'permits' flag or indicator on tiles. This is how I compare to plan a trade run. I screencap and lay them over one another. prntscr.com/m75g0d

On this vein for the Star Atlas, would it be possible to have a filter for particular trade goods? It would make sifting through the Atlas for Smuggler/Drop-Off missions a lot quicker if I knew where a specific good was being sold instead of having to search every near by system and click on every planet (similarly because there's no filter for trade law levels, which I imagine that is a more tricky question because of the rumors).

We haven't bit the bullet on filter types that would have 60+ filter options yet. It's on the potential list, but a lot of better improvements are easier to reach.
