I got a new android phone, how can I move over my save games from one to the other? I don't want to mess anything up so I haven't tried anything yet

If you have root on the phone just move the file /data/data/com.corytrese.games.startraderselite/databases/data from one phone to the other.
There are programs -- like Titanium backup that can do it for you.
