Was in the Underforge was the spider event, went to the chest in teh south west corner near the lava.
Then when to check SFX volume because it is soft.
In the option screen, selected save. then moved
Crash
Try again, but open the chest first, then check sound, on return, when moved, it crashed.
Have screen shot of the location, will try to e-mail
games version 4.4.11
on Samsung Tab S2
Android version 7.0
Note: If I do not go to options, the games is working.

Sorry to hear you're having these issues. I wonder what could cause it. Nothing has changed with the sound implementation in more than 6 months! I can't reproduce it here, please let us know if you have any other details you can share.

Duplicated bug on my iPhone
version 4.4.11
started an old group,
group is in Nordhall
selected option
select save
then moved the group.
Program exited

So if I do not selection option, this bug does not impact game playing

On iphone
only group is in Nordhall
On Samsung tablet
group I am playing is Underforge
I have two other groups, I can test when I get home that are at different locations.

Group at Heart of Ember
Another at Freeport
Same problem when accessing the option and returning to move
Try new group at Dungeons of Red Hill, same problem

Sorry to hear you're having issues with the options menu.
Does it work if you change options from the main menu?
I wonder what is not working on your device with SFX files. Do you have SFX enabled or disabled?

Oh no! Sorry for the bad experience. We are not getting other reports or able to reproduce. I'll keep testing for another few hours, but right now the only thing I can think of is a refund  |

You Game are very good.
The bug is minor and just have to remember to adjust the sound from the main menu
Since the current group is not very far, is it worth while uninstalling the HOS and reinstalling?

No Refund, You Game are very good. The bug is minor and just have to remember to adjust the sound from the main menu Since the current group is not very far, is it worth while uninstalling the HOS and reinstalling? Trying to figure this one out still. I've tested all the reports on 9 different Android devices, including 3 Samsung. Also tested on iPad (2,3,Pro) + iPhone (5,6,6s) Haven't been able to find a single issue with any Options menu on any platform, in game or out of menu. |

In that case, I will continue killing monster that are in my way and save Steel and not adjust the sound.
