Thanks for getting it out fast. Just to be a detailed testor, I was able to not access the Contact 30 times in a row
using back and then re-open without getting the menu. I'm sure it would just keep happening but stopped at 30. Re-entered orbit, landed, got the Contact menu first try.

Confirm that my existing game is behaving, was able to visit and interact the contact that had the blackscreen of stealth 👍
