Fyona has been cursed with Hunter Folly ( -20% critical, -9 parry and -20 Armor)
which set her critical to -15%
Question what does this mean?
No critical hit?
or is it something bad?

I believe in this case any negative in this field results in zero chance of critical hit.
It's intended to cripple teams that rely very heavily on critical damage. By not having much on Fyona, she's actually not at much of a disadvantage. Besides the other awful effects that is.

What En1gma said. If you had 46% Crit Chance with Fyona's attacks, -20% Crit Chance reduces you to 26% Crit Chance. |

In Fyona case, the curse does not have to be immediately cleared. She can continue send her mighty love taps on the Orcs.
