[1.3.11] iOS - Incorrect Ship Type Displayed after upgrade

I upgraded from a Frontier Liner to a Broadsword Class, but the screen still shows Frontier Liner:




The Status Screen shows correctly:





Tried playing a bit, upgrading crew, etc... nothing triggered an update.  Game Exit and Restart fixes it tho:
