1. Ok I am not clear on what Death Warrants do. Are they just there so no one will attack you or does it make it legal for you to kill??

2. Did the update get rid of being able to long touch a planet to get its stats??? Mine no longer does it, it just starts me moving in the direction of the planet.

3. Why do you lose faction points if the faction in question attacks you as a pirate?

#1 -- They are a Bounty Hunter license. They give you more bounty hunter missions, more rewards for bounty hunter missions and special rewards during assassin wars.

#2 -- It was broken in a recent update. The latest one on the market (v2.8.5) should work for long pressing an area.

#3 -- This has been identified as a bug in my programming and is not intentional.
