I think it would be a nice touch if the reward safehouses that your ladder connectors give you had a telephone line in them. And I'd like the Fennian one to move to Dorchester, and the Blue Ox one to move to the Narrows or the Tobin St. Slums, since we don't have hotels there.

That's a good idea,and it makes sense that you'd get a room with a phone.
They would also need to get taken off realitors lists to,since they would be kinda unique.

I've always had the one that Victor gives you -- the water damaged apartment -- already purchased by the time he gets around to giving it to me. At 100Y a night, the Rare Flast gets expensive, if you are always hanging around Blue Ox land. And, until the recent fix, Victor would only talk to you if you were standing in a neighbourhood where your reputation was good, which meant, for me, that I had to go back to Ox land just to be able to talk to the guy.

sure, but given that Oxland is where I have to recruit replacement Snipers for the ones I get killed, it makes sense for me to buy that property early still.
