I bought mine from my favourite store, Unified Metals Research in the Boston Common. That place has the nice Taser glove, and the Mk251 Bounty Hunter with the +1 bullet capacity..
Stats say: Ballistics 3 Deflect 4 Dodge 6 Y 17425
But I am not seeing evidence that I am getting 6 points of Dodge -- so what does that sttat mean?

Maybe it adds 6 defense everytime you select dodge in the combat reaction screen?

Correct, it adds +6 when you use Dodge.
Let me check and I will post official results =)

As I'm still getting my agent Ex up to where I want him after losing my phone, what stats would I need for this to be more viable than my current 10-6 armour?

I've got a character with 8 across the board who still prefers to use AzTek's Jaguar Armour or a Mars Corporation's Hades Hardsuit. So far I haven't found the suit to be much use. Of course, in the future mobility may matter more.

Currently I don't even select dodge with my main character because it eats away your AP to kill, unless I know a cannon is being fired at me. That armor would be useless for him.
Newer characters who actually need to select dodge would find the armor very useful though. Depends on play style I guess. Heavy armor for people who get close to enemies, light armor for people who stay away from enemies.
If you find your self dodgeing till you run out of ap means you probably need the heavier armors so you have some ap left for shooting or punching.

I like the suit for some of my characters for sure. Primarily I use it for my non-com runner. He is an AgentEx that I trained up for hacking and gave a bunch of implants. He has decent AP, but his ability to actually do damage in combat is not that high. So, I usually have him use his AP to dodge attacks instead of wasting ammo.
Cory, as I understand it, multiple selections of dodge and cover add cumulative defense bonuses, yes?
Would this then allow this +6 bonus to be cumulatively added in to defense with several dodge attempts? This could potentially make for some very useful combat strategies...
