Fixed in less than 1 minute with the right details!
yah, wasn't sure what was causing it myself (story, story combat, etc...), glad I was able to re-create. (the discovery and my confusion of said bug was partially due to being a frequent random clicker guy whilst mousing)
hopefully exception code will catch any other self-buff talents? but will go back and try and recreate/find the pistoleer (?) talent that triggered the same lockup.
